Full Destroyer skills unlocked.

Ladies and gentlemen.

On the 26th of august we unlocked Sniper 2 and 3.
Today, 25 September we unlocked Destroyer 2 and 3

This means that it took us less then 30 days to unlock a full class skill.

Ladies and Gentlemen, YOU ROCK!!

Of course it's good news to see a full set of skills unlocked within one month but it is even more important to know that if we can keep collecting this amount monthly, we will have enough credits to be able to continuously rent clan damage and clanarmor when the time comes!

Sorry for the lack of posts the past week but this is becaus of my current illness. It started with bronchitis and because of a bad reaction to antibiotics i ended up with a weeks worth of extreme diarrhea. I'm all dried out and weakened right now.

But don't worry

I'm very much online and all and i have been a good clanleader as you can see by the latest number of memberslots.

Yes gurlz, we now have room for 450 members and because we are now constantly pruning inactives, i expect these slots to last for quite some time.

Instead of thanking you all individually.  I would now like to thank all contributors for your donations. NO clan in CW can run without extra donations from their members and especially starting clans like ours need to unlock skills as fast as they can. So our donators are the real Heroes behind 6six6. Thanks people!

Rougness...

We had a bit of a rough week,

It may seem we didnt make any progress at all, but nothing is further from the truth.

2 players left, 1 retired from the game alltogether but left us his substantial credit savings...thx bro.
Other one was only here for the clanskills and has very little loyalty.  He complained that it took too long to unlock destroyerskills...which will probably happen within  a month but he himself has donated 0 credits in order to achieve this. This is the type of parasite member we don't want anyway.

These members did have a reasonable amount of XP invested which ofcourse got cancelled when they left. causing us to drop from 190 to 196. But we are recovering and are back at 194 again.

In my last post i explained we are now in the cometitive part of the rankings. At first we were cruising with 90mph past traffic that stood still...
But now we are racing with 100mph vs clans that are racing as well.
So yeah, it's tough and i cannot deny that. And yes, this will happen more in the future because the older the clan gets, the more xp people have invested in the clan and the more will dissapear when someone leaves. And people allways leave for other clans, friends and such.

Positive thing is that we didn't drop below the top 200 and even more positive is that our new recruits get with the program. we now have 315 member and only 5 0-contributors.... where last month we were at 315 members and had 55 0- contributors.  So replacing dead weight is paying off.

Sadly, we are still not at our daily 700k mark, needed for us to sustain clanrents eventually but we are getting there.

Plans for the near future :

-Increase level and KD requirements. (for new recruits)..
-Attract some more highly skilled people. We need some beast players to advertise our clan.

DOUBLE HEADSHOT.

Congratulations Clan, we have now entered the top 200. This is an epic milestone in the progress of 6six6.

On the eight of august we entered the top 300. Today, less then a month later we have entered the top 200.
For this we went from (roughly) 12 million collected XP to almost 26 million. So in this month we have doubled our total experience.

We couldn't have done this without you. Thank you for your support!

When we first started 6six6, we entered the top 100. At that time we had 9mil xp and that was enough.
This second time, clans have kept on progressing and just 9 mil gets us nowhere. We need to battle for every position in the rank.

At the same time, Tord has been holding back some credits and saved them for this occasion so we did not only complete our mission, but we also were able to unlock the Destroyer I skill.  This must be quite a relief for the people who voted Destroyer in our last vote. (Didn't take that long, right m8's? )

NOW, we need to make our way to the top 100, because the top 100 is our goal.

What's needed for us to get back into the top 100?

Well, we are now at 25.5 million xp, to gain entry to the top 100 we need ; 70-80 million xp. This is an enormous amount of xp, so that will take months. Therefor lets set our new goal at the top 150 first. (this will still take more then 40 mil)

We cannot expect you to become farmers so we will have to take measures in order for us to keep pressure on our progress.

- We will NOT increase our Contribution %. This will still be 20% we however sure hope you will donate more.
- We will continue to expand, i have thought long and hard and I'm playing with the idea of having 666 members as a final number.
- We will remove inactives. This is a complex issue, getting more complex the more we expand, but we will have to make this happen.
- We will limit the number of alts. Currently many people have alts in this clan, some even have several (myself for example). Please realise that for - We hope our new clan skills and pretty rank will attract more and more active players. Diehards even.
example 4 alts, still means 1 character worth of income and 4 "wasted" character slots. Eventually we will have to ask you to decide on which character(s) you want to continue in 6six6. The amount of donations, xp collected will determine the number of alts you can have and i hope you understand that super active people can have more then casual players.

Anyway, for 200-100 we will use the technique "Work smarter, not harder" but 100 we will reach, no matter what!

kicking 0 xp contributors in 24h.

It seems that at least 20 people who really "needed"  a clan have shown quite the contrary.
And our soon to start journey from 200-100 calls for dedicated and active people.

please note the time stamp on this post as within 24 hours from now everyone who has contributed 0xp will be let go.

The kick will ONLY involve people who have not set their donation (and contribute 0%) AND have contributed 0 xp.  (These are the players ranking 269-290)

People who are < level 10 have until then to reach level 10, set their contribution to 20% and play a few rounds.

People who join in the next 24 hours, i urge you to immediately set your contribution to 20% and play a few matches in order to be safe from this kick. We'd hate to see active people getting kicked.

Alts that have joined with the purpose of sending credits will be kicked as well, you can always re-apply again in time, cuz we <3 u.
